Delivery & Returns

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 12:00 noon (BST) or over a weekend will be processed the following working day.

UK Delivery Only

We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Details:

  • Free UK shipping on orders over £75  
  • Standard UK delivery: £3.99
  • Orders are sgipped from: Bronte by Moon, Netherfield Mills, Guiseley, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS20 9PD, United Kingdom  
  • All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Delivery typically takes up to three working days, but may take longer in remote areas or during periods of disruption (e.g. adverse weather, strike action). 
  • Tracking details will be sent by email once your order is dispatched. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout.  
  • A signature may be required on delivery. If no one is available, Royal Mail will provide instructions for redelivery or collection

Please note:

  • We are unable to amend delivery addresses once an order is placed.
  • Once dispatched, the parcel is the responsibility of Royal Mail.
  • If you have not received your order within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate.
  • Claims for non-receipt must be made within 14 calendar days of dispatch. We reserve the right to request written confirmation and supporting information to verify the claim
  • Once we have confirmed your order, you can track your delivery using the Royal Mail online tracking tool. Please use the tracking code provided within your order dispatch email.

Returns & Replacements

We hope you're happy with your order. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return items within 28 days of receipt, provided they meet the conditions below.

How to return an item:

  • Complete our online returns form, including your order number, name, and contact details.  

  • Use the paper returns form included with your parcel.  

  • Package your items securely in their original packaging, with swing tags intact and no signs of use

Items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in a resaleable condition  
  • Returned with all original packaging and labels  
  • Accompanied by a completed returns form  
  • Bronte by Moon reserves the right to refuse refunds for items returned in used, damaged, washed, or altered condition.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We reccomend that you:

  • Obtain proof of postage (please note this is not proof of delivery)
  • Use a tracked and insured service to protect against loss or damage in transit  
  • Retain your tracking number until your return has been processed 

Refunds & Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) and issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds for shipping costs will only be issued if the goods were faulty or incorrect.  
  • Any promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase will be reflected in the refund total.  
  • Items must be returned in order to be eligible for a refund.  
  • If your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit following an investigation, we will offer a replacement item.
  • Refunds will not be issued for missing parcels unless they are returned or deemed irrecoverable following investigation.
