Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within three working days. All orders are shipped during the working week (Monday - Friday). There may be changes to this service when your order is dispatched over bank holidays or holiday periods specified by us. The stated timescales are only a guide - and during busier periods or periods of unavoidable disruption to normal services (severe weather, strike action etc.), the above timescales could vary. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. The estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (BST). Orders you place with Bronte by Moon late on Friday or over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.

All orders are shipped from our mill: Netherfield Mills, Guiseley, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS20 9PD, Great Britain.

Our standard UK delivery charge is £3.99, and we aim to deliver all UK domestic orders within three working days. Deliveries to more remote areas of the UK may take longer than this.

All our UK delivery orders are dispatched using Royal Mail's 48 Tracked delivery service. This service offers tracking and updates for your delivery, providing you input with your email and/or phone number at the point when you place your order with us. The goods delivered through this service will require a signature upon receipt of the items you have ordered. Please note that we cannot change the address of your delivery once an order has been placed. Should you not be available when your package is delivered, a card will be left by the courier with your options for local collection and/or instructions as to how to book redelivery.

We endeavour to deliver your order within the specified time. We cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control (extreme weather, strike action etc.). Should unexpected delays occur, we will do our utmost to inform you. If you have not received your parcel within five working days, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Once we have confirmed your order, you can track your delivery using the Royal Mail online tracking tool. Please use the tracking code provided within your order dispatch email.


Returns & Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your Bronte by Moon order. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied in any way, you can complete our returns form. We will be happy to refund or exchange your item, provided the item is returned to us within 28 days of receipt of the goods. Within your form, please quote your order number, name and address, and we will refund the cost of your item(s) in full (less the appropriate value of any offer or discount you may have received). Refunds will be completed within 28 days of receipt of the returned goods.

When you receive your item, you will also receive a paper returns form. To ensure we have all the information we need about your order, please complete the paper returns form and return it to us along with the items you are returning. 

The returned goods must be packaged securely and in a new, unused condition in their original packaging with swing tickets intact. Bronte by Moon reserves the right to decline your return request if you fail to take appropriate care of the goods you have received. 

Please obtain proof of postage for your package just in case it fails to reach us (N.B. proof of postage is not proof of delivery). It is also the customer's responsibility to obtain suitable insurance for the value of the goods in the parcel.
